Ep 18: Robin Dreeke | Using non-judgmental curiosity to build relationships and trust

This week's guest, Robin Dreeke, is the former head of the FBI’s Behavioral Analysis Program.

In his past role with the FBI, Robin strategized engagements and exchanges of resources with people who could offer the United States government valuable information — in short, he recruited spies.

Robin and I of course dive right into the subject of what goes into recruiting an agent from a foreign government to flip, and we discuss how you don’t have to be recruiting spies to get value from Robin’s approach and technique in everyday life.

We also cover his coined term, "stempathy," as well as how our intuition is biased and Robin's 6 signs for sizing people up.

Connect with Robin at https://peopleformula.com. He’s also offering listeners of The Follow-Up Question a 25% discount on his online courses when you go to https://www.peopleformula.com/online-training and enter the code Questions2020.
