Hi, my name is Michael, and I’m your coach.
I’ve spent the better part of the last two decades leading teams as an executive at companies large and small, and never once was communication training part of my formal development.
I want to guide you through all the communication lessons I had to learn the hard way, in hopes that your career can take a leap forward because of it.
I have a Master’s degree in Communication from Kansas State University, I’ve delivered countless presentations in meeting rooms, board rooms, conference halls, and everywhere in between, and I’ve seen just about everything when it comes to tricky, difficult, and uncomfortable workplace conversations. I can’t wait to work with you!

Each live session will last 1 ½ hours.

Each session will start with an activity or exercise, followed by a presentation covering the session topic.
Group discussion will follow, where we will have an interactive conversation about the session topic. This is also where live, on-the-fly coaching will take place, as well as peer feedback.
We’ll end each session with takeaways and action items that you can immediately implement to become a better communicator.
